Indeed, this capital increase, following the acquisition of a stake by an Investment Fund, enables SONAVIE SA to comply with the provisions of Regulation n°007/CIMA/PCMA/CE/2016, instructing insurance companies to have a share capital at least equal to Five Billion CFA Francs.

Our firm has been assisting SONAVIE SA since the start of this major operation in 2018.
