We are delighted to announce the participation of our law firm FSD Conseils, as counsel to Chaabi International Bank Offshore as lender and Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP) as arranger, in the financing of the acquisition by Atlantic Financial Group (AFG) of BNP Paribas' subsidiary in Mali, BICIM. We worked closely with Clifford Chance.

AFG is the holding company founded by Koné Dossongui in Côte d'Ivoire, active in the banking and insurance sectors. Following this acquisition, AFG now holds a majority stake in Banque Internationale pour le Commerce et l'Industrie du Mali (BICIM). The FSD Conseils team dedicated to this transaction comprised Fatoumata SIDIBE-DIARRA, Bemba COULIBALY and Sidi Ahmed Agadda BALLY.
